38% reduction in flock mortality

Problem: A farm with 120,000 birds was seeing above-average mortality during the first week of the rotation.
Solution: Full microclimate and water audit, corrected temperature curve over the first 7 days, additional CO₂ monitoring at two points in the house.
Result: 38% drop in mortality, +0.12 kg in average final weight, sensor investment ROI < 4 months.

Layer

Stabilising lay rate at peak

Problem: Lay rate swung by up to 6 p.p. between weeks during the production peak.
Solution: Light program analysis, LED intensity adjustment, feed formulation tuned to the individual flock profile.
Result: Swings reduced to 1.5 p.p., 4.2% increase in Grade A egg output.

Turkey

Automated weighing rollout

Problem: No data on actual flock weight during fattening — production decisions based on manual samples.
Solution: Six distributed automatic scales installed, integrated with a cloud management platform, alerts on deviations.
Result: Full visibility of the growth curve, feed decisions 5–8 days faster, reduced flock weight spread.
