Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is MT-VET Sp. z o.o., registered office at Osiedle Zacisze 8, 73-108 Morzyczyn, zachodniopomorskie region, Polska, entered into the Polish National Court Register under no. KRS 0001048022, Tax ID (NIP) 8542444619, statistical no. (REGON) 525890556, share capital 5 000 PLN (hereinafter the "Controller").

2. Data Protection Officer

The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. For all matters relating to personal data protection please contact the Controller directly.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Handling enquiries submitted via the contact form — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller in handling correspondence);
Performance of advisory, audit or rollout services contracts — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
Issuing and retaining accounting documents (invoices, settlement documents) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, in connection with applicable Polish accounting and tax law;
Establishing, exercising and defending against legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Recipients of data

Recipients of your data may include:

contact-form provider — Web3Forms (data processor acting on the Controller's instructions);
hosting infrastructure provider — Hetzner Online GmbH (EU-based servers);
the Controller's accountant and legal advisors, to the extent necessary for the services they provide;
public authorities and courts — to the extent required by applicable law.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

As a rule we do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. If such a transfer becomes necessary (e.g. on a change of service provider), we will ensure an adequate level of protection in line with Art. 46 GDPR (standard contractual clauses or another permitted mechanism).

6. Retention periods

Contact-form correspondence — up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer period results from a contract or applicable law;
Contractual data — for the duration of the contract and the limitation period for claims (typically up to 6 years);
Accounting records — for the period required by Polish tax and accounting law (typically 5 years from the end of the financial year).

7. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data you have the right to:

access your data (Art. 15 GDPR);
rectify your data (Art. 16 GDPR);
erase your data (Art. 17 GDPR);
restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR);
lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

8. Voluntary nature of providing data

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the purposes above — in particular to handle your enquiry or to enter into and perform a contract.

9. Profiling and automated decision-making

Your data is not used for automated decision-making producing legal effects concerning you, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

mtvet.pl is a static website and does not use cookies to track users. The hosting server may keep technical access logs (IP address, request time, request path) solely to ensure the security and proper operation of the service — for up to 30 days.

If analytics or marketing tools are introduced in the future, we will update this Policy and — where required — ask for your consent.

This Policy may be updated. The current version is available at mtvet.pl/en/privacy-policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.
